Trying to live more sustainably isn’t easy. Most of us realise we need to do “more” about saving electricity, gas and water – but sometimes our good intentions just get filed in the "too hard basket", right? That's why the Commonwealth Government set up a free program to help people make a bit more sense of how and where they can save energy and money running their homes. It’s not rocket science; most householders will learn some new ideas and get some practical encouragement through a well done sustainability assessment. I have extensive experience in this area having done energy audits for small and large companies, worked with schools in the environmental education field for 15 years and continue to work with sustainability projects. It’s my passion. Why not take advantage of this opportunity to have a fresh look at how your home is working and how you can reduce those very, very expensive energy bills? It will be interesting, worthwhile and upon completion of the audit you’ll even receive a $20 Bunnings gift voucher to help you on your sustainability journey. I look forward to hearing from you. Cheers,
